The investment for Event Photography services is $325 for a base rate of two (2) hours at ONE location. It will include the coverage of the event (candids and/or posed formals, if requested) by a Monarch Associate Photographer and a digital download link that includes high resolution images. Additional hours (up to 2 more) may be purchased at $125 each. All services must be paid for in advance 48 hours BEFORE the event. Your images will be placed in a password protected online gallery for viewing by guests, family, friends and anyone your share the link with. A link will be sent to you via email.

Base Rate for 2-hour minimum: Non-refundable $325

PLEASE NOTE: The retainer/deposit fees are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferred to a new date BASED ON AVAILABILITY in the event of postponement, cancellation or in the case of fire, flood, hurricane or other natural disaster. Monarch Iconography retains legal copyrights to all images. Monarch Iconography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, editing and delivery of the images, however, in the event the photographer fails to comply with the terms of this contract, Monarch Iconography's liability is limited to the refund of the base rate retainer.
